Be part of a growing team at Dilston! As a charity we rely on the central role of volunteers to help achieve our mission of eduction. The garden provides a tranquil outdoor space for wellbeing, a healing environment to help boost the mental health and wellness of those who experience it.
Dilston Physic Garden is funded through revenue raised from garden admissions, events and sales in the Physic Shop, selling our handmade organic botanical teas, tinctures and other products. In addition we rely on grants and charitable donations in order to fulfil our mission of education and to carry out scientific research into plant medicines.
The management team are keen to work with volunteers who may have fundraising experience or who are willing to research these opportunities. Bookkeeping/Accounting experience would also be valued either as part of this, or as an additional separate role/person.
