Healthwatch Northumberland listen people's experiences of using local health and social care services. We’re entirely independent and impartial, and anything shared with us is confidential.

We use the feedback we receive to better understand the challenges facing the NHS and other care providers and we make sure people's experiences improve health and care for everyone, both locally and nationally. 

We also provide information and advice so that people can make the right decisions and get the care support they need.
