About 1st Hexham Scout Group
1st Hexham Scout Group is based in the market town of Hexham in Northumberland. We are approximately 20 miles from the City of Newcastle upon Tyne. Our headquarters is situated at Maidens Walk in the East end of the town behind Hexham hospital & provides fantastic facilities for young people to enjoy Scouting.
The Group has four sections comprising Beaver Scouts, Cub scouts, Scouts, and Explorer Scouts, covering an age range of 6 years to 18 years. We are always needing more adults prepared to join the Group & get involved in supporting our young people.
