Rosie's Corner

Rosie’s Corner began life as Hexham Kids Bank in June 2019, working out of the West End Methodist Church hosting drop-ins to provide local families in need with preloved clothing and equipment.

The Covid-19 pandemic meant we were no longer able to host drop-ins and moved our service online, connecting with families via phone and Facebook, and providing deliveries free of charge, changing our name to reflect serving a larger area and providing a wider range of items.

In June 2021 we opened our own space, so that we can once again welcome families back to get the items they need for their families. We now stock children’s clothing from Tiny Baby to Teen, adults clothing in all sizes (including maternity), school uniform, shoes and smaller equipment items (highchairs, stairgates etc.) We offer a sourcing service for larger equipment items such as prams and cots).
