We are Transition Tynedale, a company limited by guarantee, run entirely by volunteers, based in Hexham, Northumberland but reaching out to communities in the Tyne Valley. Our many different community projects work together to respond to the challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss. And we are all trying to build a greener future.
