eBay Volunteer

eBay Volunteers play a vital role working alongside the Ecommerce coordinator in assisting the product listings and product dispatching of items on the Tynedale Hospice at Home eBay shop. There are two volunteer roles within our eBay shop; Product Lister and Dispatcher. Product Listers prepare and present donations to sell on our eBay shop. In this role volunteers describe the items using the Listing Tool template and price following appropriate guidelines and resources, research special items as required to maximise knowledge and value and photograph items for the Shop as required. Product Dispatchers pack and dispatch all sold items to customers. In this role volunteers accessing database and printing orders, pick and pack orders, and dispatch orders using on-line mail account.
